Street Banker provides software tools for independent artists and music teams. The Street Banker product family includes Street Banker, Royalty Sweep, Reach, The Room, and Noise Lab. Features and availability may vary by product, account, plan, and release state. We provide software, not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or collection services.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the data you upload. You must be 13 or older (16 in the EU) to create an account.
You keep all rights to the music, artwork, statements, and other material you upload. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display it back to you and to the people you share it with (public press kits, smart links, sync packs).
Fan emails and pre-save data captured through your campaigns belong to your account. You agree to use them lawfully — including honoring the consent language shown at capture and applicable anti-spam law.
No unlawful content, no infringing uploads, no abusing the platform to send spam, and no attempts to breach or overload the service.
Paid tiers unlock additional features. Fees, billing cadence, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
Catalog valuations, recovery estimates, deal simulations, and scores are informational estimates computed from your data. They are not offers, appraisals, or professional advice.
You can request account deletion at any time through Support. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
For account access, billing, cancellation, privacy, data-rights, or content requests, contact support@streetbankermusic.com. We may need to verify your account before acting on a request.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
We'll post updates to these terms here and note the date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
